- How much does real estate photography cost in Bend, Oregon?
- Pricing depends on the size of the property, the services you need, and how quickly you need delivery. We publish package tiers on our pricing page and send an exact quote once we know the property address and square footage — just send the details and we will confirm the rate before the shoot.
- How quickly will I receive my photos?
- Delivery timing is confirmed when you book. Let us know your listing deadline and we will tell you exactly when your media will be ready, including rush options when our schedule allows.
- What areas of Central Oregon do you serve?
- We serve Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, Tumalo, Pronghorn, and surrounding Central Oregon communities. If your listing sits outside that area, contact us and we will let you know whether we can travel to it.
- Do you offer drone photography?
- Yes. Aerial photography and aerial video are available where weather, airspace, and regulations permit. Some properties near controlled airspace require authorization in advance, so tell us the address early and we will confirm.
- Do you offer real estate video?
- Yes. We produce cinematic property videos that show the flow of the home, plus shorter highlight edits when you want something quicker to watch.
- Can you create Instagram Reels for my listing?
- Yes. Vertical listing reels are available as an add-on or inside the Social and Premium packages, delivered ready to post to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube Shorts.
- Do you offer 360° virtual tours?
- Yes. Our 360° virtual tours let buyers walk the property remotely from any device and come with a link you can share in the listing, by email, or on social.
- How should a property be prepared before the shoot?
- Clean and declutter surfaces, open blinds, turn on all interior lights, hide cords, bins, and pet items, park vehicles away from the front of the home, and tidy the yard. A property that is fully shoot-ready photographs faster and better.
- Can homeowners be present during the shoot?
- Yes. Homeowners and pets are welcome to stay, though the session moves quickest when people and pets can move between rooms ahead of us or step outside.
- How do I book a real estate photography session?
- Send the property details through our booking form and we will confirm availability, pricing, and a shoot time. You can also call or email us directly.
